I have been using Hydramaster truckmounts since about 2002. My last truckmount from them, a Boxxer 421, lasted over 20 years although some repairs could get pretty expensive. This will be my last truckmount until I retire. I've been using it very close to 1 year since August of last year 2025. It has performed very well and is more than capable of just about any residential cleaning and many commercial cleaning jobs where up to 300 feet of hose could be required. I was told by a Hydramaster representative it could go as much as 300 ft. which is much more than my typical run. I rarely go over 150 ft, but have had 200 ft on it without any problems. It starts very easy and gets pretty hot quickly. It is not a super high heat machine so if that's what you think you need do not buy this machine. However with the right cleaning chemicals, a good wand, and perhaps a rotary extractor you can clean even the worst carpets imaginable with this machine. It would be a great entry level truckmount or an addition to your fleet. Keep up with the required maintenance and it should last a long time. Call Hydramaster for help if needed. I highly recommend the 100 gallon waste tank. It's a little more but you will be glad you got it!
